Negine is a skilled and compassionate civil litigator and handles a variety of legal matters including breach of contract, real property, and trust and estate disputes.

She also advises personal representatives through probate and counsels trustees through the trust administration process. Negine also helps trustees and beneficiaries modify or terminate irrevocable trusts.

Negine grew up in Scotts Valley, CA, and obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Holy Names University in Oakland, California, where she played four years of collegiate soccer.

Negine attended law school at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. After law school, she returned to Santa Cruz and began her career as an attorney in San Jose.

After four years of practicing in San Jose, Negine joined Brereton, Mohamed and Terrazas, LLP, to help individuals, families, and businesses, within her community.

When she’s not in the office, you can usually catch her playing soccer, or walking her Jack Russell Terrier, Harvey.
