Kelton represents clients in business, construction and real estate matters. Kelton has experience advising clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, entity formations, and real estate and construction transactions.
Born and raised in Central Texas, Kelton received an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Brereton, Mohamed, & Terrazas in 2023, Kelton practiced in Texas, advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity transactions.
Out of the office, Kelton enjoys spending time in the ocean, operating heavy machinery, reading, learning how to build and repair things, playing guitar and hanging out with his dog Ringo.
